Programs and Services

• When the registration fee is paid, you are guaranteed a spot in the selected program or service.

Cancellation Policy:

If canceled more than 90 days before the start date:

• Without a medical certificate, the cancellation fee is 20% of the package price.
• With a medical certificate, the cancellation fee is 10% of the package price.

If canceled between 60 and 89 days before the start date:

• Without a medical certificate, the cancellation fee is 30% of the package price.
• With a medical certificate, the cancellation fee is 20% of the package price.

If canceled 59 days or less before the start date, no refunds will be made.

Cancellation after the program or service has started is not possible.

Your spot can be transferred to another participant after approval from Swedish Hockey Skills.

Release of Liability

I agree and declare that the participant is in good health and can engage in physical activities. If the participant is injured in the absence of a parent or guardian, I give permission to the staff to seek medical advice and care in emergency situations. Participation in physical activities, including but not limited to training and sports, can lead to injury or death. I release and discharge Swedish Hockey Skills, its directors, agents, employees, and any associated persons or entities, from all actions, injuries, damages, costs, claims, or demands that may arise from registration and participation in the programs or services.

Parents or guardians are responsible for participants during non-program hours, including evenings, trips, and other activities outside the scheduled services.

Force Majeure

If facilities or equipment are rendered unsuitable for the operation of programs or services due to force majeure, Swedish Hockey Skills is released from its obligations related to the affected programs or services. Force majeure includes events such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, flood, acts of God, strikes, labor disturbances, riots, civil commotions, war, governmental actions, or any other causes beyond the control of Swedish Hockey Skills, including issues accessing facilities.
